God’s Design for Church Leadership

Jesus cares about how His church is led. Leadership is not a modern invention or a cultural preference — it is a biblical mandate shaped by the authority of Scripture and designed for the good of God’s people.

Over 10 weeks, we will walk through what the Bible teaches about elders, deacons, and the congregation — and how each, in their God-given role, serves the mission of Christ together. We will examine the essential doctrines of church leadership, the beauty of shared shepherding, the stewardship of the congregation, and why plurality, character, and Scripture-anchored order matters today just as much as it did in the first century.

This series is not just information about leadership.
It is preparation, formation, and clarity for the future health of Fellowship — for God’s glory and the good of His people.
